Background

Business, Property & Chancery

30 Park Place is a trusted chambers with wide-ranging experience in business, property, and chancery matters. We act for commercial clients, private individuals, consumers, and local authorities in business disputes, property litigation, and chancery proceedings throughout Wales and beyond.

Our barristers appear in all courts across England and Wales, as well as before the Land Registry adjudicator and Lands Tribunal. We also represent clients in arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

As one of the UK’s few multi-disciplinary chambers, 30 Park Place combines in-depth legal expertise, strong local understanding, and a national outlook.

We advise on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious matters for commercial and private clients. Our work covers commercial property, company law, shareholder and co-owner disputes, insolvency, and contractual claims.

We also act in traditional chancery areas, including trusts, probate, real and intellectual property, and disputes involving beneficiaries and chattels.

As experts in disputes about property and belongings, we are well placed to advise on Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA) disputes.

Our barristers are known for their practical, clear advice and assured advocacy. Many are recognised in the Legal 500 for their work in this field.

We value collaboration and work closely with our clients and solicitors to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively. Welsh-speaking barristers are available, and we can accept IHA75 claims on a CFA basis in appropriate cases.
