The criminal team at 30 Park Place has grown in size significantly in recent years following a recruitment and training drive at all levels of seniority. The team now includes leading barristers at all levels and offers outstanding quality and service. The team seeks to provide the best available representation and prides itself on maintaining the highest standards.
Our team appears in Magistrates’ and Crown Courts throughout England and Wales and regularly conducts serious and appellate criminal cases in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
We are instructed in some of the most complex and serious matters in the criminal courts including homicide, serious violence, fraud, organised crime, sexual offences, and confiscation proceedings. Many of our members hold judicial appointments. Members of the team are consistently recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK. Solicitors and clients trust us to provide timely responses, sound judgment, and practical support throughout the life of a case.
As a multi-disciplinary set, we also bring insight from related areas such as professional discipline, public law, and mental health, where relevant. This experience enhances our representation.
We offer training and lectures on current developments in criminal law, and are proud of our commitment to ongoing legal education.
