Members of the employment team appear in the Employment Tribunal, and are experienced in providing a full service to both Claimants and Respondents alike. Members also undertake pre-issue advisory work before litigation is contemplated. In addition to unfair dismissal and discrimination cases, the team has experience in employment law in a range of commercial settings, including for example, agricultural wage disputes.
Employment law extends beyond representation in the E.T. and the E.A.T. The team has experience in acting in employment-related litigation in the ordinary civil courts, for example, to enforce confidentiality or non-competition clauses, including obtaining interim relief in such cases.
In all cases, 30 Park Place’s employment team believes in identifying when compromise may be in the client’s best interests, and in robust advocacy when compromise isn’t possible.
