Mini-Pupillage

In light of the of current Covid-19 pandemic, Chambers mini pupillage programme remains suspended.  The position will continue to be reviewed in line with Government advice. We will announce on this page when we are in a position to re-start our programme

A mini-pupillage at 30 Park Place Chambers provides experience of all elements of life as a barrister including being in court, observing conferences and drafting legal documents. Mini-pupils also have the opportunity to talk to members of Chambers and find out more about the profession and the Pupillage application procedure.

Due to the number of applications that 30 Park Place receives each year we cannot accommodate everyone.

We offer approximately twelve five-day placements between June and September each year. We do not offer placements outside this period.

The placements are restricted to applicants who have reached at least the first year of their undergraduate degree.

Whilst undertaking a mini pupillage at 30 Park Place, candidates are required to complete and submit a piece of written work.

No feedback can be provided in respect of mini pupillage placements.
