Family@30 in ‘first case of its kind’

Ruth Henke QC and Rhys Evans appeared for the Local Authority and James Tillyard QC and Rhian Jones appeared on behalf of the children in a first of its kind case before the Court of Appeal on 16 December 2015; whereby the Court determined that a mother could not name her children 'Cyanide' and 'Preacher'.
