Practice Overview

Alice joined chambers in September 2023 following successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Nigel Fryer (crime) and Andrew Jones (crime).

Alice practices in all areas of crime and regularly appears in the Crown Court and Magistrates’ Court. She has been instructed in Crown Court trials for both the Prosecution and Defence.

Alice grew up in Caerleon and was educated at Llantarnam Comprehensive School. She embarked upon her Law Degree with the Open University whilst working full time for Roger James, Clements and Partners Solicitors in Newport as a Criminal Paralegal. This provided her with the opportunity to engage with all aspects of Criminal Law prior to being called to the Bar.
