William Bebb

Practice Overview

William joined Chambers as a tenant in 2019 following the successful completion of his pupillage. He currently accepts instructions in all of Chambers’ practice areas.

During his pupillage, William was supervised by Jeffrey Jones (Crime) and Ben Davies (Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence). He was given the opportunity to observe and work closely on several high-profile and intricate cases, including a 6-week, 3-handed murder trial. These experiences developed his appreciation for rigorous preparation and a resilient approach.

Since being ‘on his feet’, William has undertaken a wide variety of work. He regularly prosecutes and defends in both the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court. William is also frequently instructed in private family law matters, including final hearings for child contact. He also routinely appears in the County Courts for civil applications and has conducted fast-track trials.

William always seeks to couple a pragmatic and adaptable working style with his approachable personality. He has managed to secure positive results across a range of practice areas, which have in turn lead to repeated instructions from solicitors.

Having grown up in Cardiff and attended Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf, William is a fluent Welsh speaker. Outside of work he particularly enjoys fitness, golf and rugby.
