He has acted in cases involving significant neglect, domestic violence and sexual abuse. Oliver has also acted on behalf of local authorities in cases involving designated local authority arguments.
Oliver has become popular in private practice and acts for both mothers and fathers in cases involving relocation, allegations of adult and child sexual abuse, domestic violence, implacably hostile parents and issues relating to the child’s religion. In addition to this, Oliver has acted on behalf of Rule 16.4 Guardians and in matters involving applications for occupation and non-molestation orders.
