Practice Overview

Family & Childcare
Natasha has an established practice based on repeat instruction at all court levels in public law and private law Children Act disputes. In public law proceedings Natasha is experienced in dealing with chronic and gross neglect, sexual abuse, shaken baby and poisoning cases. Natasha acts for all parties including Local Authorities, parents, Children’s Guardians, extended family members and interveners. She is experienced in dealing with clients with mental and physical disabilities and acting on behalf of the Official Solicitor. In the private law sphere Natasha is experienced in section 8 applications, enforcement of private Children Act orders and family injunctions under part IV of the Family Law Act 1996.

Mental Health
Natasha conducts cases before the Mental Health Review Tribunal in Wales.

Inquests
Natasha has experience in representing interested parties in the Coroner’s Court.

  • Education & Qualification

    Originally from Haverfordwest, Natasha grew up in Bavaria, Germany. She attended the local German mathematical grammar school (Adam-Kraft Gymnasium) in Schwabach before returning to the United Kingdom to complete her Higher Education. 

    Natasha read Law with German at the University of Sheffield. In her third year she studied German Law at the Westfällische-Wilhelms Universität in Münster, North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany.

    Natasha went on to complete the Bar Vocational course at Cardiff University. Continuing with her academic studies at Cardiff University she was awarded a Master of Laws in Commercial Law.
