Lowri Patterson

Practice Overview

Lowri joined 30 Park Place in September 2019 following successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Catrin John (Family) and Christian Jowett (Civil, Crime, Public).

Lowri accepts instructions across all areas of Chambers’ work and appears regularly in the County Court, Family Court, Magistrates’ Court, Crown Court and Coroner’s Court.

Lowri completed her law degree at the University of Exeter before completing her LLM in German Law at the Universität des Saarlandes. Lowri went on to study the BPTC at BPP Law School in London and was Called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 2017.

Prior to commencing pupillage Lowri worked as a clinical negligence paralegal at NHS Wales Legal & Risk Services. In addition to assisting with the day-to-day management of claims against Local Health Boards, this involved significant exposure to costs in multi-track cases, as Lowri also worked alongside the costs team.

Lowri is a fluent Welsh speaker and is happy to conduct cases through the medium of Welsh.
