Rose Glanville of 30 Park Place has contributed to the Bar Council’s working group report on Reviewing the Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility, which has now been published.
The report considers whether the current minimum age of criminal responsibility in England and Wales remains appropriate. It draws on comparative international research, legal analysis, and expert evidence to explore potential reform within the youth justice system.
Rose’s contribution forms part of the Bar Council’s wider engagement with this important issue in criminal justice.
