30 Park Place is proud to announce that Kayleigh Jefferies, Lead Civil & Public Law Clerk, has been recognised at the Legal News Wales Awards 2026, receiving a bespoke Legal Sector Changemaker Award, sponsored by TSR Legal Recruitment.
The awards, held on 4 June 2026 at the Coal Exchange Hotel in Cardiff, celebrate excellence, leadership and innovation across the Welsh legal sector.
Kayleigh was originally shortlisted as a finalist for the Excellence in Legal Operations category. However, in recognition of her exceptional impact, the independent judging panel took the unusual step of creating a dedicated award to reflect the scale and influence of her work.
In announcing the award, the judges commented:

Through her work in legal operations, technology, and sector collaboration, she has helped to drive innovation, improve standards, and support the evolution of legal services delivery.
As Lead Civil & Public Law Clerk, Kayleigh is central to the strategic and operational success of 30 Park Place Chambers. She leads the civil clerking team, supports a substantial team of barristers, and plays a pivotal role in chambers’ governance, compliance, and innovation agenda. Her commitment to excellence, wellbeing, and continuous improvement underpins both client service and internal culture.
