Nigel Fryer recently defended Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, upon instruction from NHS Wales, following an investigation into failures of Health and Safety law at Maesteg Hospital.
The Board entered guilty pleas to two offences and received a total fine of £850,000.
