Emma Harris prosecuted a case of coercive and controlling behaviour which involved serious allegations of violence and fraud. Villafane, also referred to as Manson had been described as “a danger to women”.
The jury returned guilty verdicts in respect of the offences.
Manson, who is expected to receive a “substantial prison sentence” will be sentenced on the 7th November 2025.
