The Organised Crime Group were sentenced on 24th April 2026 to custodial sentences, following a 5 week trial which took place in September 2025 at Cardiff Crown Court. The case involved extensive surveillance, complex duty calculations and consideration of a sophisticated counterfeit cigarette and tobacco processing and production operation.
