The sentence followed conviction at two trials earlier this year. In the first trial, prosecuted by the CPS Cymru Complex Casework Unit, Emma was led by Matthew Roberts KC of 9 Park Place. Emma prosecuted the second trial as junior alone on behalf of the CPS Cymru RASSO unit.
