Stephen Thomas is a criminal law specialist and a member of the Crime team. He defends in serious criminal matters, with additional experience in regulatory prosecution work. His practice spans a wide range of offences, including homicide, large-scale conspiracies, and cases involving sensitive or complex evidence.

Stephen has appeared at all levels up to and including the Court of Appeal. He is instructed regularly as both junior alone and leading junior in high-stakes trials involving multiple defendants.

In addition to violent crime, Stephen has extensive experience in drug conspiracies, arson, and fraud, often in cases requiring significant preparation and management of voluminous evidence. He is also instructed in regulatory and public interest prosecutions.

Stephen specialises in serious criminal defence, including homicide, organised crime, and large-scale conspiracies. He regularly appears as junior or leading junior in complex, multi-defendant trials. His practice also includes regulatory prosecutions.
