David Richards

David Richards is a family law barrister, specialising in both public and private law children proceedings.

He represents local authorities, parents, guardians and interveners at all stages, including finding of fact and final hearings.

David is experienced in a wide range of issues, including contact disputes, relocation, special guardianship, allegations of domestic abuse, parental alienation, and cases involving neglect, sexual abuse, and/or inflicted injuries.
