Adriana Rodriguez is a family law barrister with a strong practice in family finance, public law, and private law children cases.
She joined 30 Park Place in 2023 following successful completion of her pupillage, and has quickly established herself as a capable, reliable and committed advocate.
Adriana read Law at Cardiff University, where she completed her LLB, LLM (with Distinction, specialising in ancillary relief), and the BPTC. She is also a member of Middle Temple.
Adriana is regularly instructed on behalf of the Local Authority and parents. Adriana has also represented the Guardian, including in cases of FGM. She has also provided counsel in private law matters, both in Pathfinder and Standard track. She is regularly instructed in complex private matters.
Her Family Finance practice covers both Matrimonial Causes Act and TOLATA matters which include both in Court advocacy and drafting.
Adriana’s extensive background knowledge of family finance exceeds her level of call and she often appears against those more senior to her. Her practice spans across Wales, Bristol and Gloucester, and she is regularly instructed in complex and sensitive matters.
