Andrew Jones prosecuted tragic case where 82 year old pedestrian was killed when hit by car crossing road.
The incident occurred on Christmas Eve and Defendant, a trauma nurse, was over twice the drink drive limit when she crashed into the man. She also had her teenage son in the car with her.
The Defendant failed to stop at the scene, returning later to the collision site with her friend.
