Members of the team regularly receive instructions to act for both Claimants and Defendants from insurers, trade unions, local authorities, large employers, the Police and other public bodies as well as private individuals. Cases can be funded privately, by a CFA, CCFA or pursuant to individually negotiated agreements for bulk work. Some members of the team are also qualified for Direct Access.
