Practice Overview
Elizabeth has considerable experience of care work on behalf of Local Authorities for families and children including non accidental injury, neglect and sexual abuse. Her work has included child abduction in the UK and abroad.
She also has experience of representing local health boards in the context of allegations within care proceedings or religious objections to infant medical treatment.
In her approach to ancillary relief and cohabitant finance, Elizabeth values the negotiation process as a cost-effective means of resolving disputes wherever that can be achieved.
