With his renowned approach for thoroughness and attention to detail, Andrew has appeared in every domestic tribunal from the Magistrates Court, through to the House of Lords.
He boasts a heavy criminal caseload including cases of the highest complexity and seriousness such as multi-handed conspiracies to supply class A drugs, complex fraud cases, murder and rape cases.
He also has a broad personal injury practice that extends from simple personal injury claims through to catastrophic injury cases such as a case of a misdiagnosed tumor, a young boy left paralysed following a RTA and a man left with debilitating injuries following a holiday. A recent case involved a catastrophic injury with 11 expert witnesses which settled with a quantum in excess of £500,000.
Andrew also has a particular specialism in the field of public interest immunity, a field in which he is viewed as one of the leading practitioners on the Wales Circuit and one in which he has represented almost every local authority within Wales including presenting arguments regarding public interest immunity in the Court of Appeal.
